Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.

Free standard delivery
All orders include free delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days.

Express delivery
Available for £4.95 via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 working days.

Express cut-off time
Express orders placed before 2pm (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Order processing
Standard orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.

Returns & Right to Cancel

We want you to feel confident trying FunghiClear®. You have the right to cancel your order and return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened or used items.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items: Please contact us and we'll put it right as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.

How to return an item:

1. Contact us at contact@funghiclear.co.uk or via our Contact page before sending anything back.
2. We'll send you the return instructions and address.
3. Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Return postage: For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer. If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we cover the cost.
